2. Resetting the Lawn:
We performs a “reset” on your lawn. This can be done in two ways:
- Working with Existing Grasses: They use state-of-the-art machinery and best practices to rejuvenate your lawn. Jon’s greenkeeping skills and experience ensure quality results.
- Total Herbicide Approach: In some cases, they may use a total herbicide to kill off the existing lawn. This provides a clean slate for the renovation process.
3. Native Grass Selection:
We select native grass species that have unique properties:
Self-Healing: These grasses can repair small patches by knitting together, enhancing the lawn’s resilience.
Not Common in Turf: Unlike typical turf grasses, these native species offer better adaptability and visual appeal.
4. Cost-Effective Alternative:
Lawn renovations often come with a lower price tag compared to turfing, even though they require labor-intensive work.

3. Shady Areas and Seed Establishment:
Grass sown from seed tends to establish better in shady areas than imported turf grown under ideal conditions.
